Where we ship
HEX ships to all 50 US states, including Alaska and Hawaii, as well as APO/FPO/DPO military addresses and US territories (Puerto Rico, Guam, US Virgin Islands). We do not currently ship internationally.

Free shipping is applied automatically at checkout once the bundle and promo discounts bring your order to $100 or more. Alaska, Hawaii, and US territories may add 2–4 business days to delivery.
Processing time
Orders placed before 1:00 PM PT, Monday–Friday, ship the same business day from our California warehouse. Orders placed after 1:00 PM PT, on weekends, or on US public holidays ship the next business day. You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order leaves the warehouse.
Carriers and tracking
We ship via USPS and UPS. The carrier is selected based on weight, destination, and current service performance. Once your package is scanned by the carrier, the tracking number is live and you can track delivery at any time using the link in your shipping confirmation email.
Delivery windows
- Contiguous US (lower 48): 3–5 business days after dispatch.
- Alaska / Hawaii: 5–9 business days.
- US territories and APO/FPO/DPO: 7–21 business days.
Delivery windows are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Severe weather, peak holiday volume, and carrier service disruptions can extend delivery times.
Risk of loss
Title and risk of loss pass to you when the carrier marks the package as delivered. If a package is marked delivered but you have not received it, please check with neighbors and your building before contacting us — most "missing" packages turn up within 48 hours. If it does not, email help@shophexbeauty.com within 7 days of the delivery scan and we'll open a carrier trace and ship a replacement if the trace confirms loss.
Damaged or wrong items
If your order arrives damaged or contains the wrong item, email help@shophexbeauty.com within 14 days of delivery with a photo of the item and packaging. We'll send a replacement at no cost — no return required for the damaged item.
Address changes and cancellations
Because we ship within hours of order placement, we can only edit or cancel an order during the first 60 minutes after it's placed. After that, we cannot intercept the package — but you can refuse delivery or initiate a return once it arrives. See our returns policy.
